-the flow of information from a source to the receiver
-a relationship, an interaction; the impacting, sharing
and exchange of ideas, knowledge, skills etc
- the means by which people are linked together in an
organisation or social group to achieve a common
purpose
- The passing of information or ideas with a view to
inform, affect or influence behaviour to cause
specific actions to be taken and t o achieve desired
objectives
