INTRODUCTION
Insite India was in the business of developing financial software for small and
medium businesses
It was wholly owned subsidiary of Insite Inc, a US multinational company

It empowered its India development center to take its own decisions

Insite India was started in 2005 and set up its headquarter in Bengaluru

It was ranked 1st in India in “Great place to work” rankings in 2017


SITUATION ANALYSIS 
India had delivered strong economic growth in 2014-16

It has young and diverse workforce with 60% millennials and 27% women

GPTW framework includes employee-centricity and culture design parameter

In past 10 years, Insite became a company of 900 people 

New recruits might face problem in cope up with company’s people practices

Insite India gave one day off to all of its employees for their hard work
throughout the year.
They held various events to commemorate employee milestone.

soft aspects as well as hard aspects

Hard aspects include compensation, rewards, benefits, incentives, rewards,
policies should be used in short-term to motivate people
Insite India should continue to focus on employee experience and recognition and
embrace vulnerability
