is not present to the senses.



 It is a short and inspiring statement of what

your organization intends to become and to
achieve at some point in the future.

It contains commitments like:

purpose of a company or organization.


actions of the organization, spell out its overall
goal, provide a sense of direction, and guide
decision-making.


within which the company's strategies are
formulated.
