In our country the pharmaceutical market is a genetic market. We can see that
those square, baximco, noverties etc companies are also producing same
medicine like SK+F. But their product promotion system is different from another.
Medicines are supplied to the doctors according to their demand. Some people
those who directly demand for a medicine from company. Mr. Faruque has
undertaken a new project to expand its state-of-the-art pharmaceutical
operations under the exclusive technical supervision of an UK pharmaceutical
consultant.

Distribution channels:
Transcom Distribution Co. Ltd. (TDCL) is the sole distributor of Eskayef
products throughout Bangladesh. It is the largest independent distribution
setup in Bangladesh with a wide network of branch offices, warehouses and
delivery systems.

Price selection:
In our country we have drug authority, this authority sometimes select the
price of a medicine. For selecting the price of any medicine those
pharmaceutical companies are two ways or process

* And other is indicative price.
Sales promotion:
Every company want improve there sell. So they always try to use some tricks in
order to improve their sell. sk+f using two type of tricks.

They try to introduce new product into the new market in a
month. Square have total 400 products in the market. If SK+f want
to compete with square they need to produce 400 products. At
this time SK+f producing 300 product. If they want stay alive in the
market they are bound to produce new product. For marketing
every new product they need to take 6 month or 1 year time.
Packaging
SK+f use latest technology for packaging there product. There packaging system is very
good. They always try to protect the product from the out world environment. SK+f
packaging is very good and that’s why people are taking SK+f product. All people know
that SK+f always try to give good quality product and maintain that think they have to
provide good packaging system. There packaging system is proved by the govt.

How they lunch a product:


We know that SK+f lunch product every month. If SK+f want lunch a product they have to
take permission from the medical ascension. If any company take the permissions then it
is much easy to take permission. But if any company want first introduce the product
then it is little hard to take permission.
Government rules and
regulation:
SK+f always try to follow the government rules and regulation for produce there.
We did not see any corruptions in the SK+f. they import all raw material by
following the government rules. Bangladesh drug authority always checks the
product quality. How they are producing new product. SK+f damage all the waste
right way.

Conclusion:
After finishing the research we can say that SK+F marketing process are very good.
If they can work lick that SK+F position will be the first in the pharmaceutical
company. So SK+F should work properly to get the high position. If SK+f work lick
that our country and the people of the country will get much benefit form that
company. Government must help all the pharmaceutical company of the
Bangladesh.
