OBJECTIVE : Strengthen Intel-driven operations on neutralization and arrest of Top Most Wanted
Persons
PERFORMANCE INDICATOR : Increase in the number of successful Intel-driven operations against Target Top
Most Wanted Persons by 5 per year
TARGET : 28 per quarter
ACTIVITIES : a. Conduct of workshop to Station Level
b. Target acquisition and intelligence build-up
c. Exploit criminal groups modus operandi through intelligence research and
production of Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) or Essential Elements
of Information (EEIs)

NETWORK (BIN)

Monthly Operational Review

OBJECTIVE : Implementation of BIN Net Plan

PERFORMANCE INDICATOR : Maintain the active/effective BIN Members (2 per Barangay) per Month.
TARGET : 520 BIN member per Month
ACTIVITIES : a. Spotting, recruitment and documentation of potential BIN in Barangay
b. Conduct trainings to recruit BIN in Basic Intelligence subject
c. Utilize BIN in the info gathering and serve as network in the barangay in anti-
criminality campaign
d. Conduct Trainor’s training on BIN Handler
e. Monitor Active BIN Member and replace inactive BIN Members.

CRIMINAL GANGS

OBJECTIVE : Arrest or Neutralize Member of listed Criminal Gangs

PERFORMANCE INDICATOR : Decrease of Number of CG Members by 4 per year
TARGET : 1 arrest of CG Members per quarter

b. Collection of information
d. Validation of information receive
e. Conduct Surveillance

Surveillance and police operations.
