by adhering to the minimum health standards Before a PUPC be detained in a custody facility, he/she must undergo a thorough medical check-up that includes COVID 19 diagnostic test in coordination with the LGU of health authority While waiting for the result of the COVID 19 RT-PCR/ Rapid assesment test, the PUPC shall be isolated/ quarantine in a facility to prevent possible contagion. If a PUPC was declared to be s suspected, possible or a confirmed case of COVID 19, he/she must be reffered to the health authority for necessary medical attention. While held in Custody

manning/guarding the custodial facility shall at all times observe the minimum health standards PUPCs with symptoms of COVID 19 such as dry cough and fever shall immediately be isolated and scheduled for testing.
