PROBLEM FACED BY NURSERY
Flood and unfavorable climatic conditions-- The nursery is
situated in Konkan Region. The area is known for heavy rainfall.
So the same is main natural problem faced by nursery. Due to it
there are disease like – root rot, mildew which makes gross
damages to the plants. In the summer season there is temperature
is increase upto 40 degree Celsius. It causes die back, leaf rot. In
the winter season sometimes temperature decreases upto 8 degree
Celsius. It causes frost.
Unavailability of skilled labour—Labour problem is the motly
faced problem of the nursery. Labours are getting to much
holiday. Time for work is not uniform. Many time demands hike
of wages.
Pest and disease attack—
Economical problem—In this economic year, due to Covid there
is no sell of the nursery plants. Accordingly no earning is there.
But work of nursey is not closed. Watering and Caring of plants
is necessary. So labours are engaged. So though there is no much
earning. So in this year the owner has to face loss.
