Here are some expression when we want to ask permission:

 May I go to my friend’s house? (Bolehkah saya pergi ke rumah teman saya?)
 May I call my mother? (Bolehkah saya menelepon ibu saya?)
 Would you mind if I read this book? (Apakah kamu keberatan jika saya baca buku ini?)
 Would you mind if I turn on the fan? (Apakah kamu keberatan jika saya menyalakan kipas?)
 Is it okay if I go outside? (Apakah tidak apa saya pergi keluar?)
 Is it okay if I eat now? (Apakah tidak apa saya makan sekarang?)
 Can I play games? (Bisakah saya bermain games?)
