General Research Question

How does interpersonal communication of the Millenial COC-


Students to their parents, both verbal and non-verbal, occur
inside their home?
Specific Research Questions:
• To know the background information of the informants of the study.

• To know the flow of communication of the students to their parents


inside their home

• To know the importance of communication of the students to their


parents, both verbal and non-verbal, inside their home

• To know the communication approaches used by the students in


conversing with their parents

• To know the communication approaches used by parents in


conversing with the students

• To know the result of these communication approaches


Data Collection Questions:

• Who usually reaches out first?

• How often do the parents and students talk to each other every
day?

• How long can the parent keep up a conversation with the student?

• How long can the student keep up a conversation with the parent?

• Are the parents able to relate to the student’s hobbies?

• Does these hobbies usually start fights or bondings?

• What do they prefer: talking face to face, chatting or texting?


• Is the student able to share problems with the parents?

• Do the communication approaches being used bring the


family closer?
