Alternative Working Arrangements

OBJECTIVES
To present the salient provisions of the DepEd’s

DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2020
To address common misconceptions on AWA,

SKELETON WORKFORCE

equipment and facilities

WORK FROM HOME


TWO-WEEK SHIFTING/ROTATION
PARAMETERS:
• Personnel are in contact and exposed
only to a specific or group of persons
• After reporting to work as a Skeleton
WF, personnel is required to self
quarantine for 14 days or 2 weeks
under WFH
• No switching of batches/shifts
• Personnel are allowed to resume
reporting on-site as Skeleton WF only
when there is no manifestation of any
COVID-19 related or symptoms.
4 DAY PHYSICALLY REPORTING
1 DAY WORK FROM HOME
PARAMETERS:
• Personnel are in contact and exposed only
to a specific or group of persons
• After reporting to work as a Skeleton WF,
personnel is required to self quarantine for
10 CALENDAR days under WFH
• No switching of batches/shifts
• Personnel are allowed to resume reporting
on-site as Skeleton WF only when there is
no manifestation of any COVID-19 related or
symptoms.
