Viruses
Computer Viruses are software programs
that are deliberately designed to interfere
with computer operation, record, corrupt or
delete data, or spread themselves to other
computers and throughout the Internet.

Trojan Horses
Trojan Horses are programs which neither
replicate nor copy itself, but cause
damage or compromise the security of the
computer. Trojan horses can come from
internet programs of softwares listed as
free download.

Worms
A worm is designed to copy itself form one
computer to another, but it does so
automatically. Once a worm enters our
system, it travels alone. A great danger of
worms is its danger of quick replication.

Adware
Adware is a kind of software that usually
causes ‘pop- ups’ or banner
advertisements to appear on the
computers screen when a user click on a
link, accesses a website or initiates some
other function.

Spyware
Spyware is sometimes incorporated into
adware, but it performs the additional
function of scrumptiously monitoring
details of computer usage and website
activity, making this information available
without the knowledge of the user.

Malware
Malware is a general term for a software
inserted into an information system to
cause harm to that system or other
systems, or to subvert them for use other
than that intended by the owners.

Spam's
Spam's is the electronic equivalent of ‘junk
mail’ which is unsolicited, usually sent in
bulk transmissions of thousands or even
millions of messages at a time, and
significantly obstructs the flow of legitimate
internet traffic around the world.
