The Self Assessment Tool (SAT) is a common
RPMS tool for assessing teacher performance. It is
designed for you to reflect on the different
objectives related to your professional work. It
consists 13 items that you will analyse and rate
according to your level of capability and level of
priority for development.
A Development Plan (IPCRF-DP) is a tool that
serves as guide for the teacher’s purposive learning
and development as a professional. The DP is
structured such that every teacher regularly and
individually prepares, implements, monitors, and
updates the plan.
DP(IPCRF-DP) is accomplished by the teachers to enable
them chart their goals and planned learning activities to
enhance their professional competencies in order for them
to work better for the improvement of their school and
learners’ performance. Developing a structured DP allows
them to practice individual accountability for professional
