My visit to Frankfurt for the 2014 Auto

Show was great. This was the 65th edition
of the fair. It took place from September
25th to October 2nd in Hanover, Germany.

I arrived in Germany on Tuesday, 23rd of

September, two days before the start of the
event. I flew from New York to Frankurt. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the exhibition center on

Wednesday, which was the first day of the
show. There were outdoor and indoor
exhibitions and lot of visitors.

I first visited the electric cars pavilion.

There were several exhibitions by different
car makers. I enjoyed them all.
The place was full of people because the
cars were really amazing.

A few days later, I attended a presentation

about the cars of the future. The exhibitors
showed a 3D clip about new technologies in
car manufacturing. These exhibition was
very interesting too. They even had a see-
through model car made in glass.

Before the end of the show, I had the

opportunity to do a drive test of a very
modern vehicle.

I traveled with a group of visitors to a nearby

circuit. We chose our favorite car and drove
along the circuit for several minutes. I felt
like a real race pilot!

Before leaving Germany, I had to try the

local food: sausages, of course! During the
last day of the show, I visited one of the local
restaurants. I ordered the Frankfurter
Würstchen which means “The little
Frankfurt saugage” It was absolutely
delicious! I also had a sauerkraut (cabbage
in vinegar) and a beer with it. These are the
usual sides that German people eat with
sausage.

My visit to Medellín for the 2018 in
Flower´s Fair was great. This was the
61th edition of the fair. It took place
from August 3th to 12th in Medellín
Antioquia. This city is so beautiful and it
has a nice weather.

I arrived to Medellin on Friday 3th of

August at night, this day started the
event. I flew from Bogotá to Medellín. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the Bicycle Rhythm Fair on
Saturday, which was the second day of
the show. It is a cycle ride in the streets
of the city, to promote the use of
bicycles with different categories.

this event gathers more than 3,000

citizens rolling through the streets.
The place was full of people and it was
amazing.

The next day I was in a Parade of

Silleteros, more than 500 silleteros
exhibit their floral creations in different
categories in the Flower´s Plaza. This
fair is similar as Rio Carnival.

This activity gathers all the activities of

the fair, such as fondas, silleteros and
concerts.
These exhibition was very interesting.
I could take many photos.

On Monday I had the opportunity to go
to other activity, it took place in the
Botanical Garden. I could see variety of
Orchids, Flowers and Craftworks.
I went with a group of visitors from
different cities. I chose my favorite
flower and bought a handicraft made a
peasant.
I felt so excited to know the national
flowers!

I wanted to go to the Parade of Classic and

Ancient Cars, more than 200 emblematic
and important cars of national and world
history. It took place in Avenue Las Vegas.

I enjoyed to see these beautiful cars. I took

a picture with an ancient car covered in
flowers.

In the evening I attended to the concert at

the Nocturnal Cultural Park of Plaza Gardel
with different musical rhythms, I went with
people that I knew in my hotel.

I enjoyed the diversity of local, national

and international artists that showed up.

Before leaving Medellin, I had to try the

local food: paisa tray, of course! During
the last day of the fair, I visited one of
the local fonda.
I ate a delicious mazamorra! I also had
a arepa paisa, yummy!!

It was all in my visit to the fair.

I spend my time so good!!
