     Good onboard & off board services.
     Provide first time E – ticketing & self
    check – in service in Pakistan.
    WEAKNESSES

     At initial stage, there is no brand awareness.


     Low advertising & promotion.
     It has no its own ground handler.
     Not operate for Hajj operation.
     Few international destinations comparatively.
     Flights schedule is very tight.
    OPPORTUNITIES
     Low fares enable market share growth.
     Introducing new domestic, and
    international routes like Gulf, UK,
    Jordan, China and India etc.
     Expansion of freight business.
     Low performance of PIA.
    THREATS
     Escalating jet fuel prices.
     Cut-throat price war among airlines
     No level-playing field for private

    airlines, as government always rescues


    PIA from risks.
     Competition is heating up as some new

    local airlines are going to start their


    operations very soon.
     So, we come to know after this analysis,
    that their strength is their weapon, and
    they have a fight with their own
    weaknesses.
     If they do well, one time will come, when
    Air Blue become the best airline of
    Pakistan.
