Abstract

Kafaa' System is an electronic system that provides an integrated and


consistent work environment self-electronic services for employees
and academic service for students.

Jeddah University uses a system called ” Kafaa’ ", which is an E-


system designed to electronically perform services that were

They shall include all the details of an employee's salary as well as the deductions
from an employee's salary, and they are inserted by the salaries management in
the human resources.

An E-transactions system in which an

and shall be attested by the head, and
then it shall be exported to the concerned
management. A transaction shall be sent
to more than one external entity or to the
management employees if the transaction
is internal. The system shall also enable to
enclose any papers necessary for the
transaction.
