× Would you mind is followed by the verb and -ing.

ex : - Would you mind opening the door for me, please

 Would you like… is followed either by a noun, or by an object pronoun and
the verb with to.
ex : - Would you like another coffee?
- Would you like me to answer the phone?

 Do you mind if… is followed by the verb in the present tense, but would you
mind if… is followed by the verb in the past tense.
ex : - Do you mind if I turn up the heating?
- Would you mind if I turned up the heating?

 Formal
Situation : Ubed has diarrhea. She went to the pharmacy to
buy herbal tea.
Ubed : Ma'am, I want to buy herbal tea, please.
Liza : Oh, herbal tea already sold out. Instead of herbal tea,
do you mind to have diarrhea drug?
Ubed : I’m sorry ma’am, but herbal tea is all we have at the
moment.

 SITUATION : Ubed will going to Bali and she wants persuade Yayan to join.
Ubed : Hai Yayan, how are you?
Yayan: I’m fine, thanks. And you?
Ubed : Pretty well. Do you have some plan in your holiday?
Yayan: I don’t have. And do you have some plan?
Ubed : Yes I have. In holiday I will go to Bali, I will stay in my uncle’s house. Why don’t you go with
me to Bali?
Yayan: Hmm, I confused. I never go away from home. This is will be the first trip to Bali for me.

Ubed : Believe me, you’ll have fun times.
