Would you like… is followed either by a noun, or by an object pronoun and
the verb with to.
ex : - Would you like another coffee?
- Would you like me to answer the phone?
Do you mind if… is followed by the verb in the present tense, but would you
mind if… is followed by the verb in the past tense.
ex : - Do you mind if I turn up the heating?
- Would you mind if I turned up the heating?

Situation : Ubed has diarrhea. She went to the pharmacy to
buy herbal tea.
Ubed : Ma'am, I want to buy herbal tea, please.
Liza : Oh, herbal tea already sold out. Instead of herbal tea,
do you mind to have diarrhea drug?
Ubed : I’m sorry ma’am, but herbal tea is all we have at the
moment.
