WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any information whether recorded in
a material form or not, from which
the identity of an individual is
apparent or can be reasonably and
directly ascertained by the entity
holding the information, or when put
together with other information
would directly and certainly identify
an individual.
WHAT IS SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT IS ABOUT AN INDIVIDUAL’s:
1 Race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, and religious, philosophical or political affiliations
Health, education, genetic or sexual life of a person, or to any proceeding for any offense committed or
2 alleged to have been committed by such person, the disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of
any court in such proceedings
Information issued by government agencies peculiar to an individual which includes, but not limited to,
3 social security numbers, previous or current health records, licenses or its denials, suspension or
revocation, and tax returns
4 Information specifically established by an executive order or an act of Congress to be kept classified
WHAT IS PRIVILEGED INFORMATION?
Any and all forms of data which under the Rules of
Court and other pertinent laws constitute
privileged communication.

interaction between two parties which the law
recognizes as PRIVATE, PROTECTED
relationship. Whatever is communicated between
these parties shall remain CONFIDENTIAL and
the law CANNOT FORCE DISCLOSURE of these
communications.”
The collection and processing are for obvious purposes, including, when it is necessary for the
performance of or in relation to a contract or service to which the data subject is a party, or when

necessary or desirable in the context of an employer-employee relationship between the collector
and the data subject;
