 Liaison between the management and coordination of all guest services.
 It connects guest services with the back of the house operations.
 Main channel of communication and information dissemination for the
hotel and is the core point of the hotel department’s business activities.

people for the achievement of specific goals.
 Should not only have a head but it should also have a heart
for it embraces the people, the planning, and the approach
to organization and leadership.
