OD Interventions

• OD Interventions are set of Structured activities in which

organizational units engage in a task or sequence of task

with the goals of organizational improvement and individual

development.
• Practitioners have created an array of interventions to help

organization members address specific problems effectively.

• OD Practitioner brings 4 set of attributes to the organisational setting:

• Set of values

• Set of assumptions about people

• Organizations & interpersonal relationships

• Set of goals for pratitioner & organization & its members

• Set of structured activities that are the means for achieving the values,

goals and assumptions.
