Who We Are
SUZUKA® Malaysia belongs to the SUZUKA® Group, which holds manufacturing
companies in Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand. As one of South East Asia’s leading
manufacturers in building materials, SUZUKA® Malaysia’s expertise in wall finishes dates
back to its origins in the town of Suzuka, Japan, after World War II. Specializing in a wide
range of stone veneers, waterproofing materials, and textured coatings, we offer durable
products that are suitable for decorating and protecting both the interiors and exteriors of
your homes and commercial buildings.
Not only do our products cater to buildings of various aesthetics and designs, but they also
exceed international quality and safety standards. Armed with protection against UV damage,
water seepage, dust, dirt and stains, we lower potential maintenance costs in the future. In
addition to being an ISO 9001 certified company, we also carry a selection of SIRIM QAS
certified products and a range of environmentally-friendly products certified by Singapore
Green Label and SIRIM Eco Label.
Within the past decade, we’ve become an international supplier to number of regions, including
Australia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Cambodia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain,
Indonesia, Singapore, and West Africa.

Our Roots

1977
In 1977, SUZUKA® Chemical Co., Ltd. was established
in Nantou, Taiwan. Starting as a company focused on
manufacturing texture coatings, SUZUKA® served
homes and commercial buildings across the country.

1997
Due to the burgeoning demands of the Malaysian
industrial market, SUZUKA® expanded to South East
Asia in 1997, under the name of Suzukacoat (M) Sdn.
Bhd. In addition to manufacturing texture coatings,
SUZUKA® began specializing in other products such as
stone veneers and waterproofing.
1999
Soon after in 1999, SUZUKA® also expanded to
Shanghai under the name of SUZUKA® International
(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. SUZUKA®’s successful progress in
the Chinese construction markets quickly led to the
establishment of additional factories across the
country.

2016
SUZUKA® is forever growing. In early 2016, SUZUKA®
expanded to Bangkok due to the high demand in
Thailand. Under the name of SUZUKA® International
(Thai) Co., Ltd., the newly established production
factory and offices continue to manufacture texture
coatings, stone veneers and waterproofing materials
for countries around the world.

contractors and suppliers shall:
1. Comply to all work related statutory regulation and requirements of the Occupational
Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 154) and Factories and Machinery act 1967 (Act 139) and its
related regulations.
2. Instill Safety and Health awareness to all employees, customers, suppliers and visitors
throughout regular and effective trainings as well as supervision on safe work practice.
3. Provide suitable facilities and personal protective equipment to all employees and to
conduct preventive measurements as well as corrective actions.
4. Strive for continuous improvement for Safety and Health performance
5. Show commitment in implementing safe working ethics and creating safe working
environment
6. Involve all employees in reporting, investigating and minimizing occurrence of any
accidents, diseases and near misses at workplace.
