CONTRACT WITH THE CLIENT
This contract is made effective as of February 6, 2021, by and between Marahuyo Events to Mr. Sebastian, following of our meeting last January 31, 2021, during
which we discussed your employee engagement and our professional’s roles in helping you plan it.
It is our understanding that you will retain us as Professional Consultant and Employee Engagement Coordinators for your employee engagement scheduled on
March 8, 2021.
It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner. I shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your service provider.
We will use our professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations
and/or your wishes.
In the event, a venue coordinator is on site. We will work with you as needed.
