Introduction
● Project Purpose :
The purpose of this project is to build an online store for
customers to create & buy customizable t-shirt according to their
choice .

● Intended Auidence And Reading Suggestions :

This project is a prototype for the online t-shirt design store and it
is restricted within the college premises. This has been
implemented under the guidance of my project guide. This project
is useful for many talented frelance designers who want to start a
business with less capital investment & also for customers who like
wearing customized t-shirts.
● Project Scope :
The purpose of the online t-shirt designing store is to create a
convenient and easy-to-use application for customers, trying to buy
customized t-shirts. The system is based on a relational database with
its online design and buy functions. We will have a database server
supporting many in-built designs and colors of t-shirt. Above all, we
hope to provide a comfortable user experience along with the best
pricing available.
OVERALL DESCRIPTION
● Project Perspective :
An online t-shirt store database system stores the
following information:
▪ Product Details : It includes various designs and colors of
t-shirt for the customer to choose within.
▪ Customer Details : It includes customer name,address,
phone number which will be used for fast & accurate
delivery of the product.
▪ Payment Details : It includes the account & payment
details of the buyer.
● User Class & Characteristics :
Users of the system should be able to choose within various designs and
logos with the given color of t-shirt from the database. The system will
allow users to choose a design from the database or upload their own
choice of design to customize their t-shirt. The customer should be able to
do the following functions:
i)Create an account.
ii)Login into the store.
iii)Choose suitable design and logo.
iv)Choose suitable color.
v)Enter Delivery details.
vi)Make Payment.
vii)View Shopping Cart.
The admin will be able to do the following functionalities :
Customer Functions :
i)View all the details of the customers who ordered the product.
ii) View all the ordered product details.
iii)Prepare the orders to be delivered.
iv)Verify if the payment is successful or not.
Administrative Functions :
i)Add a product.
ii)Delete a new product.
iii)Update logos uploaded by users.
iv) Track Order.
System Features
● Description And Priority :
The online t-shirt design system maintains information on differnt
designs,logos and t-shirt color. This project has a high priority because it
will help many designers to do a start-up with less capital investment and
also help customers to get a prsonalized dress for them.
● Client/Server System :
The term client/server refers primarily to an architecture or logical division
of responsibilities, the client is the application (also known as the front-
end), and the server is the DBMS (also known as the back-end).
A client/server system is a distributed system in which :
Some sites are client sites and others are server sites.
All the data resides at the server sites.
All applications execute at the client sites.

REQUIREMENTS

i)Front-end software: Vb.net version
ii)Back-end software: MYSQL
● Hardware Interfaces :
i)Windows.
ii)A browser which supports CGI, HTML
&Javascript.

Software Used Interfaces

Operating system We have chosen Windows operating system for its
best support and user-friendliness.
Database To save the flight records, passengers records we
have chosen SQL+ database.
VB.Net To implement the project we have chosen Vb.Net
language for its more interactive support.

Signing up through any social network could be added
on the project.
More pre-built objects or images by category could be
selected instead of uploading own images.
A payment system could be added so that every
customer whose design is sold get a portion of the cost.
Conclusion
This project aims to create a fast and robust web
application. With JavaScript, Custom T-Shirt Designs
stands out to be a successful application that lets a
customer to pick their choice of design or make their
own design with the functionality of adding text,
image and apply filters and save the entire design for
future reference.
