Fixed Mindset Vs. Growth Mindset
⚫ A fixed mindset is when someone is convinced that whatever
level they are on is just how they are. They do not believe that they
can change or get better.
⚫ Having a growth mindset means that you believe that your mind
can be developed… that you believe that your brain is a MUSCLE
that can grow.
⚫ But even with all this being said…having a growth mindset
takes some practice. And it starts with the words and phrases
that we use.
