• Manual draining observed during operation. Operator pinch the manual drain valve of slug catcher when level reached
at 5 bolts. Close drain valve when level decreases to 1 Bolts.
• Blowcase is operating on auto mode.
• Response time from C-3 B blowcase LSL to filling valve is delayed due to which filling time of C-3 B Blowcase
increases.
SOUTH VALVE STATION
SVS C-5 A BLOWCASE CONNECTED WITH K-29 / 33
Dump Time 5.3 minutes
Equalizing Time 0.3 minutes
Filling Time 3.2 minutes
Total 6 dumps in one hour

Equalizing Time 0.6 minutes
Filling Time 6 minutes
Total 3 dumps in one hour
Blowcase Dumping Capacity 53.5 BPD

• C-5 A/B blowcase operating on manual mode.

• Instruments were not working due to liquid carry over issues in pneumatic supply tubing.
• Simultaneous operation of both blowcases was observed due to which level in slug catcher rises.
• Manual draining from slug catcher is observed during operation. Operator pinch the manual drain valve of slug catcher
when level reached at 5 bolts. Close drain valve when level decreases to 1 Bolts.
WEST VALVE STATION
WVS C-1 OLD BLOWCASE CONNECTED WITH K-19/K-17
Dump Time 2.5 minutes
Equalizing Time 1 minutes
Filling Time 2.5 hours

• No liquid level observed in old slug catcher during filling of blowcase.

• Low liquid inflow to slug catcher from flow line.
• Inlet globe valve is pinched to control flow in old slug catcher.
• Blowcase operate at manual mode.
• Filling time and dumping time is observed when blowcase filled to 9 bolts level, approximately 80% filled blowcase.
• No manual draining observed from slug catcher.
WEST VALVE STATION
WVS C-1 NEW BLOWCASE CONNECTED WITH K-19/K-17
Dump Time 10 minutes
Equalizing Time 1 minutes
Filling Time 36 minutes
Total 2 Dumps in 1.5 hour
Blowcase Dumping Capacity 216 BPD

• Low dump rate.

• During dumping level increases in slug catcher. Operator pinch manual drain valve of slug catcher when level in LG of SC
reaches 5 bolts and closes the drain valve when level in LG decreases to 1 bolt.
• During filling level also increases in slug catcher. Operator pinch manual draining valve of slug catcher when level in LG of
SC reaches 5 bolts and closes the drain valve when level in LG decreases to 1 bolt.
• Inlet globe valve is in 100% open position.

WVS C-2 BLOWCASE CONNECTED WITH K-17

Out of order
Liquid is draining to existing pit from slug catcher of C-2 Compressor
NORTH VALVE STATION
NVS BLOWCASE CONNECTED WITH K-21

KADANWARI CENTRAL FACILITY
• Kadanwari HP Slug catcher handle fluid from SVS, EVS and WVS.

• Two control valves in parallel are used to control liquid level in HP slug catcher.

• Anticipated liquid from above mentioned stations to HP SC is approximately 4350 BPD.

• Kadanwari LP Slug catcher handle fluid from NVS.

• Two control valves in parallel are used to control liquid level in LP slug catcher.

• Anticipated liquid from NVS is approximately 450 BPD.

• As per CCR operator, all mentioned valves limit at the event of flow line pigging.
KADANWARI CENTRAL FACILITY
• Fluid from HP and LP slug catchers comingles in a pipeline header, from where flow can be
diverted towards kadanwari PW treatment system or towards Miano PW treatment system.

• As per CCR operator kadanwari PW treatment system is currently obsolete. Liquid from HP
and LP slug catchers move towards Miano PW treatment system.

• Condensate from well fluid is recovered from Miano PW storage Tank.
