• EXTRACT THE FUEL INJECTION VALVE USING
A FUEL OIL INJECTION EXTRACTING
EQUIPMENT IMPLEMENT.
DIS-ASSEMBLING PROCEDURES
1.) REMOVE
THE CAP NUT
2.) LOOSEN THE
ADJUSTING SCREW
AND REMOVE THE
LOCK NUT
3.) FIX THE HOLDER HOUSING
IN A VISE, AND LOOSEN THE
RETAINING NUT
4.) REMOVE THE
WASHER AND
RETAINING NUT
5.) REMOVE THE NOZZLE
TOGETHER WITH THE
KNOCK PIN AND NEEDLE
THEN REMOVE THE SPACER
6.) REMOVE THE PUSH
RODS AND SPRING
7.) REMOVE
THE ADJUSTING
SCREW
- CAP NUT
- ADJUSTING SCREW
- HOLDER HOUSING
- PUSH ROD
- SPRING
- PUSH ROD
- SPACER
- KNOCK PINS
- WASHER
- RETAINING NUT
- NEEDLE
- NOZZLE
CLEANING THE NOZZLE
1.) CLEAN THE NOZZLE
NUT AND NEEDLE VALVE
WITH GAS OIL

2.) CLEAN THE NOZZLE


HOLE USING A NOZZLE
CLEANING IMPLEMENT

3.) PUSH IN AND PUSH OUT


THE NEEDLE VALVE WITH
YOUR HAND, AND CHECK
THE MOVEMENT
• Check if the movement is smooth or not.
• Check if the movement is too loose.
ASSEMBLING PROCEDURES
1.) Clean each
of the
disassembled
parts with
clean gas oil,
and insert
2.)
Mount
the
adjusting
screw
3.) Put
the
spring
back into
the
4.) Put the
spacer and
knock pin
of nozzle
together,
and install
5.) Put
back the
nozzle.
6.) Apply the lubricant on the holder housing
thread, the seating face of the retaining nut,
and the outer periphery of the nozzle, and
screw the retaining nut into the holder
7.)
Loosen
the
adjustin
8.) Tighten the
retaining nut with the
specified torque.
( 210 N*m)
9.) Put
back the
washer
of the
retaining
nut.
10.) Put
the cap
nut
back.
11.)
Replac
e the
O-
GROUP A
