RCSP Core Team Training

RATIONALE
 Initial list of focused barangays for the year and the City/Municipal
RCSP Core teams are identified and organized.
 Per DILG MC 2019-169, with subject: Guidelines on the
Implementation of the Retooled Community Support Program
(RCSP), the core team shall undergo RCSP training and simulation
exercises prior to the send-off ceremony and actual immersion.
 In RCSP implementation, the Local Chief Executives are the
champions with PPAs geared towards sustainable peace and
development.
OBJECTIVES
 Know and understand the objectives of the RCSP

 Acquire knowledge on the planning process at the

barangay level

 Facilitate in any planning and consultation activities at the

barangay level
END GOALS
 Declaration of the focus barangays as Peaceful and
Conflict-Resilient Communities (PCRC)

 Sustainable and lasting peace
