1. Definition
 PERT: Program Evaluation and Review Technique
 Used to schedule, organize and coordinate tasks in a project
 Developed in the 1950s by the U.S. Navy

 CPM: Critical Path Method


 Used to identify the longest sequence of tasks to complete the
project
