Excerpt form the College of Traditional and Chinese Medicine The College
(CTCMPAO) is established under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and
the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006.

It works in consultation with the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care to ensure
the public has access to safe, competent and ethical services from
qualified traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) professionals.
Excerpt from College of Kinesiology web site: Upon proclamation by the
Government of Ontario, the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario will be
established with the legislated authority to regulate the kinesiology profession
in Ontario.

  
Under the provisions of the Regulated Health Professions Act 1991 (RHPA) and
the Kinesiology Act, 2007 the College will be mandated to protect the public
interest and improve the profession.

Focus: Campeau stated as an objective for the research that he wanted to
generate a theory in this case to explain paramedic scene management.
Method of Data Collection: Campeau uses semi-structured interviews to gather
the data on this occasion…
Key Concepts: Data collection and analysis occur simultaneously. Campeau
adopted an approach of constant comparison of data whereby as ideas and
concepts emerged he would check these against new data he was collecting. This
is why he had three rounds of interviews.
Practical Considerations: Demonstrating to readers that theories emerged from
data can be difficult and …detailed descriptions of the processes of constant
comparison are essential.
