Technical Training
• The aim of teaching technical training is to
create and improve sports skills, technical
training is very much essential to improve and
increase motor skills in accordance with the
rule of given sports
• Different biomechanical movements are
known as technique and adjustments of those
technique by an athlete is known as technical
training
Stages of technical training
Technical training can be done by applying
these three stages and they are
• Understanding the technique
• Applying the technique
• Stabilizing the technique
Tactical Training
• Tactical training can be defined as an action or
plan which is essential to help someone
achieve their goals in a particular situation,
• Tactical training is also known as strategic
training which helps to achieve goals,
• Tactical training helps to increase an skills
acquired by an athlete to handle difficult
situations during events,
Stages of Tactical Training
Tactical training can be helpful during hard
times in all kind of sports
There are four stages and they are
• Perception about situation
• Thinking and Decision making process
• Knowledge
• Experience ( oneself or observation )

• Both are inter related in all kinds of sports
• Technical training improve motor ability of an
athlete where tactical training improve
cognitive,
• Technical training helps to increase flexibility,
speed, and all acquired ability where tactical
helps to improve decision making and
strategic management,

• Technical training improve physical strength
where tactical training improve psychological
strength,
• Technical training and tactical training are two
side of a same coin, both training is very
important to get goals,
