Instructions for notes

on the textbook in TMS


Step 1: Click the right
lesson, then you will
see the textbook.
Step 2: When you
enter the textbook
interface, you will see
there are three
buttons.
Step 3: How to use the first button?

① If you want to add the pronunciation and


explanation of one word from the key words and
key sentences. You should select one word firstly.
Then click the first button. And don’t click the mark
“+”. Finally click “Save”.
You can delete it if you added a wrong one. (click
the )
② If you want to add a new word, which is not in
the Key Words and Key Sentences list.
You should locate firstly. For example, if you want to
add a new word in Smart Points. Click the blank
area firstly. Then click the “+”mark of the first
button. Type and search the word you want to add.
Step 4: How to use the second button “Expressions”?

① First, locate the module. For example, you want to


add an expression in Role Play. Select the target phrases
or click the blank area in this part. If you don’t locate,
the system will pop up the warning “Please locate first”.
② Then add the expression. You can choose to add
examples or not. Then save it.
③ You can supplement the expressions to make the
notes complete. You can also delete it if you added a
wrong one.
Step 5: How to use the third button “Correction”?

① First, locate the module.


② Then click the button “Correction”.
③ Write the student’s sentence. Then choose
“Correct” or “Better to say”. Finally, save it.
④ You can supplement the expressions to make
the notes complete. You can also delete it if you
added a wrong one.
