PLAN 2021-2022
OVERVIEW

Our 1-year marketing plan, "Hey, Brew." coffee shop, was one of our goals. Since
we know people who use this space to spend time with old friends or meet new ones,
we believe this shop can generate sales for us. Some of them rely on their frequent
coffee shop visit to get them through a stressful day. This marketing campaign
would concentrate on how to create new products and serve coffee enthusiasts.

Hey Brew coffee shop provides affordable coffees and sweets for your
everyday taste buds. We offer our customers with the best quality
products at reasonable prices. We are a small, coffee shop that has
been serving you with the best of both worlds.

SOCIO/CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT
“We have the taste you require.” Our team conducted research and
did a survey in several cities throughout the Philippines, including
Manila, Makati, Cebu, and Baguio, in January of last year. As you
might be aware, Baguio City was crowned champion of the best
Arabica coffee in March of last year, and it is now a leading coffee
brand on the market. We, too, as people, needed a coffee that would
suit your requirements. As a result, we made the decision to make it
ourselves!

Hey Brew is a shop not only providing pastries and drinks, but also
determined to become a daily necessity for coffee addicts, a place to
dream of as you try to escape the daily stresses in your life and just a
comfortable place to meet your friends or read a book.

MISSION: "To provide desirable foods and drinks. Excellent, reliable


services to our customers and serve everyone better than anyone else."

VISION: "To be established and trusted as the desirable business partner


and to help create the best foods and drinks as well as to become a top
coffee shop in the world.”

MARKETING INTERMEDIARIES
Marketing intermediaries is important because it helps us to promote
or sell products. While it's impossible for our shop to sell products,
we come up with the idea of franchising and promoting our coffee
shop nationwide to grow using the resources of others.

Hey, brew gives a new take on cafes. It is a nice place to chill with
friends, go on a date or just to have me-time. The feature of this cafe is
that it uses local coffee. Hey, brew is showing that local made can be just
as tasty as imported brands. It was able to attain a competitive advantage
in the Philippines over Starbucks by:
• Entering our coffee shop first.
• Letting them know that our service is good.
• Having a low price but the taste will be better than our competitors.
• Letting them feel the homey vibe.

supplier. They are one of the Philippines top coffee roasters providing
good quality coffee supply to coffee shops. The Silca Coffee Roasting

consistent supply of freshly roasted coffee.

In every business, customers are the top priorities. Our mission is to


assure that every customer receives great services and quality
products. So, we come up with seven variables that must be met to
assure that we achieved satisfying our customer.

We always make way to keep the prices of our products at an
affordable rate. This is also a strategy to caught customer’s
attention.

The ambiance in our café is very relaxing, we keep it
modernized and simple design that makes our place relaxing
and soothing.

We also offer convenience to our customer with offering free
WIFI and cubicles where they can study and do their work

“ PROMOTION STRATEGY

We will be promoting our products by putting a promotional


banner outside the shop. It easily attracts and draws the
attention of the people and it is the first thing customers see
and know about our business. We are also handing out flyers
and leaflets in the street.
“ Using social media platforms like Facebook posting printable
coupons to the internet users within our area. We will be also
advertising promotions in leading websites and social media
through targeted display ads. Services like Google Ads will also be
helpful in promoting our products based on customers' preferences.
