Step 1 : knock the guest room door at least 3
times.

Step 2 : when the guest open the door greet
the guest by their name and introduce your
self and Ask permission to clean the guest
room

Room attendant : Good Morning Miss Karina


my name is Lena, I am your room attendant
in charge today
May I clean your room for this time,miss?

Guest : Yes , of course


Step 3: If guests stay in the room ask the guest which one
we should clean first

Room attendant : excuse me miss Karina which one,


should I clean your Bed room or your Bathroom,first?

Guest : What ever you want

Room attendant: Alright miss Karina, I clean your bed


room first.
Step 4 :When we clean the bed room, we should talk to the
guest to make the atmosphere confortable and not awkward, but
don’t aks about privasi like age, marital status, politic ,religion .

Room Attendant : How long you been here,miss Karina?

Guest : I stay just for one weeks,and than I go to the


next country

Room Attendant: oh that good miss Karina,and what do


you plan you want to go,miss Karina?

Guest : ohh I want to go to beach and another place

Room attendant : it ‘s beautiful place mam


Step 5 : Clean the beathroom also
Step 6 : ask permission to the guest that we need to
use vacuum, to ensure guests are not disturbed by the
sound

Room attendant: excuse me miss Karina, may


vacuum the floor? Are you disturbed miss?

Guest : No, go ahead!

Room Attendant : Alright miss


Step 7 : Tell the guest when we finished clean their room and
ask the guest if there is any thing else that they need, don’t
forget remember that you must to inform the guest about
department contact.

Room attendant : Well miss Karina I done to clean your room,


is there any thing else that I can help you ?

Guest : Can you bring me two bottol of water?

Room maid : of course miss………this is your water miss

Guest : Thanks you

Room attendant : any thing else miss?

Guest : No,thank you

Room attendant :Alright miss,if you need information or


problem please call dial number 1 for housekeeping
department.
Guest : thank you very much
