Component of Financial System


Financial system – refer to a system
which enables the transfer of money
between investor and borrowers.
Term “system” in “Financial System”
indicates a group of complex and closely
linked institutions, agents, procedures,
markets, transactions, claims and
liabilities within a economy.

• Gross Domestic Product (GDP) –is the
monetary value of all the finished goods
and services produced within a
country’s borders in a specific time
period.
