1. Project work on Solar System 4

Installation at IUBAT Mosque

2. Objectives of the project :

 Energy Savings
 Eco-Friendly
 Easy Installation
 Battery Backup
 Available Anywhere
 Green energy
The goal of the project: 5

 Reduces Electricity Bills

 Diverse Applications
 Low Maintenance Costs
 Technology Development
3. Solar System Installation Timeline 6

 A project timeline tracks the chronological order of events.

These timelines give teams an understanding of a project at just
a glance, keeping everyone informed and aligned at every stage
of the project. The timeline is composed of a series of tasks,
each of which has a due date and duration.

Let’s quickly look at the steps, and the time they generally take:
7
4. Market Feasibility Analysis 8

 A market feasibility study determines the depth and condition of a particular real
estate market and its ability to support a particular development.
Under market feasibility there are related to some questions. Base on that question
it’s easy to find out actual activities about market feasibility.
• What type of product? Answer: Solar Energy.
• Who wants the product and why? Answer: IUBAT students, Faculties and stuffs
would want it as this would save energy also provide them clean, renewable energy.

• Where does he want the product? Answer: At the IUBAT Mosque

5. Social/Environmental feasibility 9

analysis
 Solar energy is one of the cleanest sources of energy, and it's an extremely
effective way of your household more efficient and sustainable.
 Solar panels don't use any water to generate electricity, they don't release harmful
gases into the environment, and the source of their energy is abundant and, best of
all, free.
 IUBAT students, Faculties and stuffs would want it as this would save energy also
provide them clean, renewable energy.

6. “Matrix” organizational structure is suitable for

this project:

The matrix organizational structure is a combination of two or more different kinds

of organizational structures. Such as Functional and dedicate Structure.
11
Balanced Structure:
 We will choose balanced matrix in which the project manager will set the overall plan and the
functional manager will decide how work to be done.
12
The Advantages

 Project will more efficient

 Strong project focus
 Easier post project transition
 And Flexible
7. Project scheduling 13

Recommendation 18

Solar power has evidently become the trend in

renewable energy. The most commonly known
fact about solar energy is that it represents clean
green source of energy. We should install solar
power, because this is a great way to reduce our
carbon footprint. There is nothing about solar
power that pollutes Mother Nature.
conclusion 19

We are facing fuel shortage for electricity generation and in the near future the whole world
is
going to face the same scarcity because of world’s limited fuel stock .Once a solar panel is
installed, solar energy can be produced free of charge. Solar energy causes no pollution. Solar
cells make absolutely no noise at all.
So, we choose solar energy for International University of Business Agriculture and
Technology (IUBAT) Mosque as a secondary energy source.
