performed were bringing new social media campaigns
for clients .
-Content writing for both websites & client’s social
media pages.
- Working on brand elements like Brand name, tagline,
logo & color for clients under supervision of Brand
Manager.

-Attitude of CEO was caring towards its team members.
-The supervisor guided the intern professionally.
-Each festival was celebrated with full joy & each member
participation.
-Intern was not treated as an intern rather as a team member with
equal contribution.

-Majority of Businessman are still unaware about the benefits of social
media marketing over conventional one.
-Digital presence of Brand helps a lot in promoting the brand & to
reach the target audience.

Conclusion / Recommendation
-Digital Media marketing at these days is very essential in making
brand successful and reach not only locally but also globally.
-Internship gave an intensive learning experience about the real life
practices of a marketing agency.
Recommendation
Kritya is facing scarcity of resources so capital investment should be
increased .
The office layout should be changed & individual desk partition
should be made.
The position of advertising agencies in Nepal is still in its growing
phase & much awareness is needed about its benefits.
