Inclusive Employment Promotion Programme (IEPP)

Objective
 Facilitate work experiences for graduates.
 build a pathway into permanent employment
 refugees are mainstreamed throughout the programme

Process Summary
•TVET graduates are selected by companies for a 6-months work experience and
provided with work-readiness soft skills training
•Allowance for graduates financed through TVET College
(Financing Agreement with GIZ-QEP)
•Coaching provided by sectoral focal person (both TVET College and Company)
•Continuous performance feedback from companies
•Work experience certificate provided by companies, possibility of follow-up
employment
