 “Education is the most powerful weapon which you
can use to change the world” – Nelson Mandela. This
quotation conveys a deep meaning about the
importance of education in this time of pandemic.
 In addressing the educational problem, DEPED
implemented a new mode of learning in which
learning relocated to homes instead of the school
campus because they can’t go to school due to the
pandemic, children should understand that there’s
always a solution.

 As it prepares for the “new normal’ in education due
to the changes brought about by the COVID-19 crisis,
the Department of Education (DepEd) underscores
the important role of parents and guardians in
making sure that the learning of their children will
continue amid expected disruptions.

 In the ‘new normal’, parents and other caregivers
have to play a more significant role in the learning
and development of their child than they have done
traditionally. Parent’s guide their children in
answering the given modules and instruct them in
their lessons. They also teach how to read and write
and especially on how to be a good and effective
person in line with the lessons specifically the
Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao and many other teacher
roles.

which is education. In such situations, Here the
