- 469 cases reported in 2018

- 24% increment from 2017

- Two deaths in Baling, Kedah

- Salmonella bacteria is the cause (The

Star, 2018)
- 197 were affected during Malay
Dignity Congress (6th Oct ‘19).

- Nasi lemak was the cause.

- 21 still warded after a few days.

FOOD ACT 1983

According to Rules and Regulations of Food

Hygiene 2009:

• A fine of not more than RM 10,000

• Jailed with period of not more than 2

years

SYNOPSIS

• Two friends finding a stall to eat something.

• One of them saw laksa stall.
• They order a few things.
• The chef gets into toilet.
• He didn’t wash his hands before preparing foods.
• Foods are served.
• Problems occurred towards those two friends.
