///Start of formation of dental sac (condensed enctomesenchymal tissue) ,which surround the dental papilla.

Dental papilla : ball of condensed ectomesenchymal cells which will form after dentin and pulp
INNER DENTAL EPITHELIUM: short columnar cells bordering the dental papilla
OUTER DENTAL EPITHELIUM: cuboidal cells that cover the ebamel organ
Dental papilla : ball of condensed ectomesenchymal cells which will form after dentin and pulp
CERVICAL LOOP: area where inner and outer dental epithelium meet .
INNER DENTAL EPITHELIUM: short columnar cells bordering the
dental papilla// produce enamel.
OUTER DENTAL EPITHELIUM: cuboidal cells that cover the ebamel
organ// organise network of cappilaries that will bring nutrition to
ameloblasts.
Dental papilla : ball of condensed ectomesenchymal cells which will
form after dentin and pulp// dental papilla diffenrenciates into
odontoblast.
CERVICAL LOOP: area where inner and outer dental epithelium
meet //it will rise to epithelium for root formation .
dentinogenesis
Stage of amelogenesis
Amelogenesis is the formation of enamel on teeth and begins
when the crown is forming during the advanced bell stage of
tooth development after dentinogenesis,

STAGE OF AMELOGENESIS
MATURATION STAGE : In this stage ameloblasts becomes more active
for absorption of organic matrix and water , which allows
mineralization to proceed
Potection stage : ameloblast become shorter and make contact
with tratum epithelium and they fuse to form ENAMEL EPITHELIUM .
Stage of
ameloblasts
ROOT FORMATION
CERVICAL LOOP: area where inner and outer dental epithelium
meet //it will rise to epithelium for root formation
