WHAT IS BUSINESS PLAN?
A B USI NESS P L A N is written document that describes in detail
the goals and strategies, the marketing, production, human
resources, and financial planning of the business. It is a business
roadmap that guides an entrepreneur to achieve the determined
business targets.
