Uses
When the subject and object of a sentence refer to the same people.

- I bought myself a book.


- Gina drove herself at work.

Don’t forget: If the subject and object are different, use an object pronoun.
- My dad bought me a book.
- Gina drove us at work.
Uses
To emphasize that someone or some group did something alone.

- I changed the car’s tired by myself.


- Santiago is learning russian by himself.
