Sheet Hydroforming

Sheet Hydroforming
• In sheet hydroforming is a process in which
rubber bladder backed by oil pressure,
pressurized liquid in place of punch present in
traditional tool set.
Sheet Hydroforming
• The values of hydraulic pressure is within the
range of 140 and 200 MPa.
• Sheet hydroforming is also known as high
pressure flexible-die forming when
pressurized fluid is used on one side and
punch is located on other side.

Tube hydroforming
• In tube hydroforming the pressurized fluid of
100 and 700 MPa is used to expand the tube
and to take the shape of die.
