The best type of workers is performer. The
performer knows where to go and what to do
and is really pushing. He takes full
responsibility for his job and helps the
organization tremendously.
The difference between the productive and
destructive workers are while the productive
workers helps your team to be more stable and
safe , the destructive workers are a threat to
your organization as they disrupt the harmony
of the team and destroy the operation.

The best type of workers is the highly effective
doer. The highly effective doer has immense
willingness to work, learn and improve. With
correct guidance and training, he will be a
future performer.
The destructive workers are a less effective
doer, potential Trouble Source (PTS), and the
Suppressive Person (SP). The less effective
doer is somewhat willing to help, the Trouble
source he goes up and down and alternates
between helping and destroying while the
Suppressive Person is a dangerous threat to
any organization.
