RAM(Primary Device)
Ram is a form of computer memory that can be read and changed in any order, typically use to store working data and
machine code. A Ram device allow data items to be read or written in almost the same amount of time irrespective of the
physical location of data inside the memory.
ROM(Primary Device)
Read only Memory is a type of Non-Volatile memory used in computers and other electronic devices. Data stored in ROM
cannot be electronically modified after the manufacture of the memory device.
HDD(Secondary Device)
A hard disk drive(HDD) is an electro-mechanical data storage device that stores and retrieves digital data using magnetic
storage and one or more rigid rapidly rotating platters coated with magnetic material.
USB(Secondary Device)
Universal Serial Bus (USB) flash drive is also a data storage device that include flash memory with an integrated USB
interface. Its also called pen drive you can easily keep it in pocket and transfer data where you want.
Floppy Drive(Secondary Device)
A floppy disk drive that enables user to save data to removable diskstters floppy disk was capable of storing between 360
KB and 1.2 MB data.
CD (Secondary Device)
. Compact Disc (CD) is a digital optical disc data storage format. The format originally developed to store and play only
digital audio recordings but was later adapted for storage of data(CD-ROM). Up to 700 Mb data we can store on that CD-
RW.
