QUANTITY RELIABILITY RULES NA
4

Quantity Reliability Scores are pulled from ACS vendor evaluation solution:
SAP table ZZLIB_LIEFBEUR (Tcode ZZLIB_START) with Monthly Summation
and are based on GRs against POs and SAs.

POs:
1. If GR Qty = (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 100.
2. If GR Qty </> (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 1.
SAs:
1. If GR Qty = (Oldest Qty Released +/- QT*), score is 100.
2. If GR Posting Date </> (Oldest Qty Released +/- QT*), score is 1.
*POs and SAs:
3. QTs may be set per Plant only for goods received by weight or length.
4. No QTs are permitted for goods received by PC.
5. Access to set and maintain QTs is assigned to only one User per Plant.

DATE RELIABILITY RULES NA
5

Date Reliability Scores are pulled from ACS vendor evaluation solution:
SAP table ZZLIB_LIEFBEUR (Tcode ZZLIB_START) with Monthly Summation
and are based on GRs against POs and SAs.

POs:
1. If GR Posting Date = (SDD +/- DT*), score is 100.
2. If GR Posting Date </> (SDD +/- DT*), score is 1.
SAs:
3. Deliveries are evaluated per the sequence in the DS.
4. If GR Posting Date = (Oldest open DD +/- DT*), score is 100.
5. If GR Posting Date </> (Oldest open DD +/- DT*), score is 1.
*POs and SAs:
6. DTs are not permitted (configured DT = 0 days)
7. Access to set and maintain DTs is assigned to only one User per Plant.

AGGREGATION OF MULTIPLE GRs
FOR DATE AND QUANTITY RELIABILITY NA
SAP T-CODE: ZZLIB_START / TABLE: ZZLIB_LIEFBEUR

By Default:
 Multiple GRs delivered for the same SL on the same day are aggregated as
one GR.
 Only the latest good receipt is displayed and evaluated in the vendor
evaluation.
 Older entries are suppressed in the report.

Clicking the “Deactivate GR-aggregation” button at the top of the detailed report
removes the aggregation to show a score for each delivery. This mode is not used for
the Monthly Summation or Combined Score.

QUALITY CONFORMANCE RULES NA
SAP T-CODE: ZPURHISTO / tables EKBE/EKPO/EKKO
7

1. Data is collected from Return Pos (PO type = ZB) in SAP.

2. Calculation is manual and based on a rolling 6-month period:

100 x [1 – (Qty Returned during the past 6 months / Qty

Received during the same 6-month period)]

CLAIMS NA
SAP T-CODE: ZPURHISTO / tables EKBE/EKPO/EKKO
8

 The same method is used for POs and SAs.

 Value is the sum of all Return PO (PO type = ZB) Amounts
for the past 6 months.
 Results are converted to USD using exchange rate
from BI yearly budget

QUANTITY RELIABILITY RULES ASIA
9

Quantity Reliability Scores are pulled from SAP standard vendor evaluation component (not
ACS like in North America). There is a Monthly Summation and results are based on GRs
against POs.
Table ZMM051_DATA (Tcode ZMM051)

1. If GR Qty = (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 100.

2. If GR Qty </> (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 1.

3. QTs may be set per Plant only for goods received by weight or length.
4. No QTs are permitted for goods received by PC.
5. Access to set and maintain QTs is assigned to only one User per Plant
