 Our business of Chana Chaat is providing Chaat with unique taste in


extremely healthy environment at lower cost as comapared to the
market .We have skilled management team with all the abilities for
customer satisfaction.It will provide the students and faculty of Uit
a new taste which is missing at a reasonable price so that they would
be satisfied with the new and unique taste of Chaat.Our customer is
most important to us and we will take good care of our customer
needs.
INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

 SUPPLIER POWER In our business of Chana chaat the supplier has little effect on us as it can
not decrease the quality, price and availability of the ingridients used by us
 BUYER POWER Buyer power is weak in this case because many people are bored of eating
same things daily and everyone is happy to try new things for the same prize as they as buying
their routine or same food,so they cannot force us to bring changes in our new product.
 ENTRY POWER As we are running our business in UIT, there is no possibility of any other
competitor to give us a tough time in our business . Any other competitor can not reduce our
profit because no one is selling the items like us in Uit.
 RIVALRY AMONG PLAYERS There is no rival of us in our business we are going to start so
there is no rivalry among players in this business as no one is selling items like us in Uit
 SUBSTITUTES Our Product is not a substitute of any product.

 BUYER BEHAVIOUR The behavior of the buyer is that they want to try something new
with unique taste in Uit

 COMPETITOR ANALYSIS There are other retailers who are selling food items but our
product is new and has a unique taste compared to them
ECONOMICS

 We have a profit margin of 5 to 10 perecent

 The table used is fixed cost i.e 500Rs and variable costs cany vary from 2 to 3 thousand

 Start up cost is about 2 Thousand RS


MARKETING PLAN

 Product price is about 50 RS

 We have promoted the product on facebook and other websites

 We will try to convince the customer

 We will use polite words with the customer

 We will establish the need of our product to the customer
