POI (Point of Information)
1. Each speaker can offer POI while member of the opposing teams
are speaking
2. May be asked between first minute ark and the four minute mark
3. The member who is speaking may accept or decline to answer the
POI
4. POI should no exceed 15 seconds in length
5. No trashing
6. Can not be given to Prime Minister
Timing of The Speech
1. 1 minute mark = one stike of the gavel
2. 4 minutes mark = one stike of the gavel
3. 5 minutes mark = two stikes of the gavel
4. 5 minutes 15 seconds = two stikes of the gavel
RULES : ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
