DEFINITION:

CRM is the effective use of all resources, including


the aircraft and its systems, printed material,
computer software and people to achieve the
highest level of possible safety
WHO ALL INCLUDE PEOPLE:

COMMUNICATION:

Communication is the heart of CRM. As good


communication entails the complete and accurate
transfer of information from one person to
another
TEAM WORK:
 Teamwork is "work done by several associates
with each doing a part but all subordinating
personal prominence to the efficiency of the
whole"
 It is well known that a group of people working
together toward a goal is more likely to succeed
than individual acting independently

DECISION MAKING:

Decision making can be regarded as the cognitive


process resulting in the selection of a course of
action among several alternative scenarios. Every
decision making process produces a final choice.
The output can be an action or an opinion of
choice

JUDGMENT:

Judgment is the evaluation of evidence to make a


decision. It is also define as “The process of
choosing which alternative will give the safest
outcome in a given situation”.

Situation awareness (SA) involves being aware of


what is happening in the vicinity, in order to
understand how information, events, and one's
own actions will impact goals and objectives,
both immediately and in the near future.
