• This should be done with great care and taken seriously. Providing feedback should be
specific, given in a timely manner when it is most affective, and it should be done on a specific
criteria that the students can understand. This is very important especially when teaching a

something incorrectly in lab, I may want to give them helpful feedback before they complete
the action, so they understand where the mistake was. Feedback should also never be
generalized. Whether the work is good or bad we should give direct details so students can
