Compass and SharePoint Folder Structure

1. Label – Defines groups for which training occurs, e.g., Operations, All

2. Catalog – Defines department or key function, e.g., Reconciliation,


Security Training

3. Category – Defines type of training, e.g., Advanced Track, Perseus


• In some cases there is a sub-category to further define the training

Responsibilities as Course Admin
You are responsible for:
• Updating training materials (as needed)

• Conducting the training and if you are not available, either:


• Reschedule the training – Outlook scheduling assistant
• Find a replacement trainer

• Cancelling the training if no one is registered for the course

How Do I Update My Content?

• Navigate to the document folder


• Choose the label that your material is housed in, and then the category
• Operations -> Reconciliation
• Under the Category heading, choose Documents
• In the documents folder, choose the category your material is housed in

• Update existing material rather than replace/delete

• If you need to replace, add or delete a document, reach out to Talent
